Refund Policy

DLOG offers a full-featured, 6-month free trial so you can fully evaluate the software before any purchase. Because of this, purchases are generally final — but we will always help if activation fails. Contact easykernelsoftware@gmail.com.

This Refund Policy explains when a purchase of a DLOG license may be refunded. It applies to purchases made through our authorized payment provider. Payments are processed by our reseller of record, and refunds are issued through the same channel.

1. Free Trial First

Every user can evaluate DLOG free of charge for 6 months with all features enabled. We strongly recommend confirming that DLOG meets your needs during the trial before purchasing a license.

2. Digital Product — Sales Are Generally Final

DLOG is a digital software product delivered electronically. Once a license code has been issued and activated, the purchase is generally non-refundable, because the trial already lets you fully test the software beforehand.

3. When We Do Provide a Refund

We will provide a refund in the following cases, if requested within 14 days of purchase:

The license could not be activated due to a defect on our side, and we were unable to resolve it.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
The purchase was clearly made in error and the license code has not been activated.

4. When a Refund Is Not Available

You changed your mind after the license was issued and activated.
Your computer no longer meets requirements after activation, or you moved to a different PC (licenses are machine-bound — see the License Agreement).
The request is made more than 14 days after purchase without a qualifying reason above.

5. License Re-Issue (Instead of Refund)

Because a DLOG license is bound to a single computer, common situations such as reformatting, resetting the PC, or replacing the motherboard on the same computer do not require a new purchase — the previously issued license continues to work. If re-activation fails, contact us with your proof of purchase and we will re-issue your license free of charge.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email easykernelsoftware@gmail.com with your order number (or the email used at purchase) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
